This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

General Return Guidelines

We want you to love your new window treatments. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or installation
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Custom-made items have different return conditions as outlined below
  • Installation services are non-refundable once completed

Standard Products

For standard, non-customized products purchased from our showroom or website:

Eligible for Return

  • Ready-made curtains in unopened packaging
  • Standard curtain hardware (rods, brackets, rings) in unopened packaging
  • Fabric samples and swatches
  • Accessories and tiebacks in original condition

Return Process for Standard Products

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Package items securely in their original packaging
  • Ship items to our designated return address or arrange for pickup

Custom-Made Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom window treatments, our return policy for custom-made products differs from standard items. Custom products include:

  • Made-to-measure curtains and drapes
  • Custom-cut fabrics
  • Specially ordered hardware or finishes
  • Personalized sheer curtains
  • Custom valances and cornices

Custom Product Return Conditions

Custom-made products may only be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product does not match the specifications in your approved order
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered

Installation Services

Our professional installation services are considered complete once our technicians have finished the work at your location:

  • Installation labor charges are non-refundable once the service is completed
  • If you are not satisfied with the installation, please notify us within 48 hours
  • We will send a technician to address any installation-related concerns at no additional charge
  • Cancellation of scheduled installation with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee

Warranty Coverage

Xexvalonkhun provides warranty coverage on our products and services:

Product Warranty

  • Fabrics: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Hardware: 5-year warranty on mechanical components
  • Motorized systems: 3-year warranty including motor and electronic components

Installation Warranty

  • All installation work is covered for 1 year from completion date
  • This includes issues related to mounting, alignment, or operation
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to defect

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange
  • The original item must be in its original condition
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference
  • Custom items cannot be exchanged unless defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect
  • Do not attempt to repair or alter the item
  • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made products ordered to your specifications (unless defective)
  • Cut fabric or materials
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been altered, washed, or show signs of use
  • Installed products that have been in use
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Standard products: Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund
  • Custom products: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee may apply
  • Once custom production is complete, orders cannot be cancelled
